If you want to ask someone a question in a post you can use the button with the @ and avatar symbol in it (insert user link). Just click on it and put in the users name and it will put a tag on there and send them a message to say they have been tagged in a post.
It makes it a lot easier for you to find posts and to answer them instead of missing them because you just didn't see the post.
